Our process

1. Preliminary Design

Tell us your Plan & ideas and we will explain the easy steps of how to build it. We will visit site to offer the best solution for your property.

2. Concept Drawings

Our Designers will offer the best Concept drawing showing site plan, floor plan and elevation. We will discuss planning data, site services and the best plan options to suit your budget.

3. Quote

When your happy with the design and planning our quantity surveyors will put together a breakdown of pricing for us both to agree a fixed price.

4. Contract Agreement

A Master Build contract will be drafted which will outline the total price of your build, and how the payments will be staged through-out your building process

5. Consents

We will work for you to obtain all necessary applications for Consents from the relevant authorities.

6. Construction

Once your contract has been signed, and deposit paid, your build can commence. Your New Home will go through different stages which we will fully manage and report back to you on progress.
